Free Live Masterclass on Claude for Marketeers by 100xEngineers | 07 November 2026

Most marketers try Claude once, get a flat draft that sounds like everyone else, and quietly go back to their old way of working. A free live session tomorrow is built to fix exactly that, and it costs you 90 minutes and an email address.

100xEngineers is hosting Claude for Marketers, a free live masterclass on Zoom, on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM IST. Here is what it covers, who should go, and what to do in the next few hours so you walk in ready to get something out of it.

Why Your Claude Drafts Sound Generic

Here’s the thing. Claude only knows what you tell it. Give it a one line request with no audience, no goal, and no sample of how you write, and it hands back the safest average of everything it has seen. That is the “AI voice” people complain about.

The fix is not a cleverer prompt. It is better inputs and a repeatable setup. That is the gap this masterclass says it will close.

What the Masterclass Covers

  1. Writing in your voice. How to set Claude up so drafts start in your voice instead of generic AI copy.
  2. Video with Claude. Where Claude fits in video production, including editing, and which inputs get you results closer to what you pictured.
  3. Usable output. The context and prompting habits that decide whether Claude saves you time or creates rework.

The host says the session shows how its own team uses Claude from first draft to final edit, including where human input is still needed. That last part is what I would watch closely. Most AI training pretends the human step does not exist.

Who Is Teaching It

Sridev Ramesh is Co-founder and CEO of 100xEngineers. The company says it has designed and delivered official courses on Meta’s educational platform and OpenAI Academy, and lists Meta’s Generative AI for Marketers among them. The registration page adds a few more credentials. Those are the organizer’s own claims, so weigh them accordingly.

Who Should Join

  • Content marketers and social media managers who write or edit every day.
  • Founders and solo operators who run their own marketing.
  • Agency and in-house teams who tried Claude, got average drafts, and gave up.
  • Creators who want a faster path from rough idea to finished video or post.

If you want to build apps with the Claude API, this is the wrong room. The session is pitched at marketers.

Do This Before You Join (Step by Step)

Thirty minutes of prep turns a passive webinar into a working session. Here is the routine.

  1. Collect three to five pieces of your own writing. Pick posts, emails, or newsletters that sound most like you. These are your voice samples.
  2. Build a custom style in Claude. Open the Use style dropdown, click Create & edit styles, then Create custom style. Add your samples by uploading a pdf, doc, or txt file, or by pasting the text. No samples handy? Choose Describe style instead. Then click Generate style. Anthropic’s styles guide walks through each screen.
  3. Pick one real task. Not a test prompt. Choose the post, script, or email you actually have to produce this week.
  4. Run it twice. First with a bare request. Then with context: who the reader is, the one outcome you want, the tone in three words, and phrases to avoid. Save both outputs side by side.
  5. Mark every spot where you had to rework the draft. That list is your question bank for the session. Compare it with what the host teaches and fix your setup the same day.

A context block you can copy and adapt:

  • Audience: who reads this and what they already know.
  • Goal: the one action you want them to take.
  • Tone: three words, for example direct, warm, practical.
  • Avoid: the stock phrases you would never say out loud.
  • Sample: paste one paragraph that sounds like you.

Want a warm up first? Anthropic has a short Claude for Marketing video tutorial of about six minutes.

The Honest Limitations

  • I have not seen the session. Everything above comes from the registration page. Whether it delivers is something you will only know after you attend.
  • Expect a pitch. Free sessions from training companies often end with an offer for a paid program, and 100xEngineers lists paid cohorts on its site. The page does not say whether this session includes one. Decide your answer before you join.
  • The form asks for your phone number. Use one you are comfortable sharing.
  • No replay is mentioned. Plan to attend live, and do not count on a recording.
  • The timing is rough outside Asia and the Middle East. It is the middle of the night in the US.
  • Ninety minutes is a start, not a skill. The gains come when you apply it to your own work the same week.

The Bottom Line

If Claude has ever handed you a draft you had to rewrite from scratch, this session targets that exact problem, and the price is zero. Register, do the 30 minute prep, and go in with a real task and a list of questions. That is the difference between watching a demo and leaving with a better workflow.
